Looking to get fit while learning something new? Our 10-week Boxing Fundamentals & Fitness Training Course is designed for those who want a friendly and accessible introduction to the world of boxing. Whether you’re completely new to the sport or want to boost your fitness, this course combines real boxing skills with a fun, high-energy workout!

Over 10 weeks, our experienced England Boxing coaches will guide you through the fundamentals of boxing, helping you build confidence, strength, and endurance. You'll develop essential techniques, footwork, and defensive skills while enjoying a rigorous but enjoyable fitness program.

By the end of the course, you’ll not only feel fitter and stronger, but you’ll also have earned your Level 1 and Level 2 Boxing Awards, plus a certificate and medal to celebrate your achievements!

What to Expect:
  • Duration: 10 weeks, 1 session per week (50 minutes per session)
  • Focus: Boxing fundamentals combined with fitness training
  • End Goal: Boost your fitness, learn boxing skills, gain confidence, and enhance your well-being
Who Can Join:
  • Complete beginners with no prior boxing experience
  • Those looking to hone their boxing skills
  • Anyone looking to improve their fitness while learning new skills
  • Individuals of all fitness levels – everyone is welcome!
