AUTUMN 2021 TIMETABLE

All classes are 40 minutes long and are now available to book on Gymcatch.

Boxing Training
Our coached boxing classes are suitable for anyone who wants to compete or just keep fit. Open to anyone aged 12 years and over. Monday night boxing training will be combined with a sparring session for those who wish. Those who want to spar will need a have a medical carried out by the club doctor or your GP.

Boxing Training (Improvers welcome)
This class welcomes improvers to help them gain confidence in their boxing skills as well as training for more experienced boxers.

Boxercise
Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers typically use to keep fit and includes boxing movements. It may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Boxercise for the Over 50's
This class is designed specially for the Over 50's, targeting areas of the body that we need to keep moving as we grow older.

Family Boxercise
Working in a pair with a member of your household (such as parent and child), this fun Boxercise session will involve punching pads, bags and cardio exercises.

PowerBox
Developed by our Level 2 Coach, Jo Mac will take you through a full body workout using a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises. Designed to make boxers fitter (but suitable for everyone), this class will increase your boxing capabilities whilst ensuring your technique remains on point.

Bootcamp
This class involves punching pads and bags, speed drills and agility. A cardio session that is fast paced and energetic.

Strength & Conditioning
A mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercise to increase strength, enhance muscle tone and improve fitness. Open to anyone 16+

Strength and Stretch
Chilled out Sunday morning session with exercises adapted for all levels of fitness.

KO Hiit Circuit
High intensity interval training using a variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises including punching.

Combat Circuits
A timed circuit that includes some boxing based stations alongside bodyweight and weighted exercise. Various rest and difficulty options available on each station making this class suitable for all abilities. You set the pace!
