Intro to Boxing
A 4 week classs, ideal for those who have never boxed before and those with very limited experience. This is a fantastic, supportive and safe opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing.

Intro to Fitness
Designed for newcomers to the club and for those who feel they need a more gentle reintroduction to exercise.

Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers typically use to keep fit and includes boxing movements. It may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Boxercise for the Over 50's
This class is designed specially for the Over 50's, targetting areas of the body that we need to keep moving as we grow older.

Developed by our Level 2 Coach, Jo Mac will take you through a full body workout using a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises. Designed to make boxers fitter (but suitable for everyone), this class will increase your boxing capabilities whilst ensuring your technique remains on point.

Boxing Training
Our coached boxing classes are suitable for anyone who wants to compete or just keep fit. Open to anyone aged 12 years and over - from carded boxers to beginners.

Boxing Training (Improvers welcome)
This class welcomes improvers to help them gain confidence in their boxing skills as well as training for more experienced boxers.
Total Warrior Training
A 60 minute outdoor training session designed for those taking part in Total Warrior 2021 but open to anyone. Includes running and other strength and endurance training.

KO Hiit Circuit
High intensity interval training using a variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises including punching.

Strength & Conditioning
A mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercise to increase strength, enhance muscle tone and improve fitness. Open to anyone 16+

Strength and Stretch
Chilled out Sunday morning session with exercises adapted for all levels of fitness.

Family Boxercise
Working in a pair with a member of your household (such as parent and child), this fun boxercise session will involve punching pads, bags and cardio exercises.
