Refund policy
Merch Returns
We CANNOT refund orders due to a change of mind or circumstance or if the wrong size was ordered.
Please don't order several sizes hoping to return the ones that don't fit.
All items are printed on demand therefore NPBA does not hold stock that can be resold to another customer.
To make sure you order the correct size:
- Check the sizing guide on each product page
- There are several samples in the office at the club so please try these if you are unsure what size to order.
- Ask other club members what size they wear.
- Send us an email if you are unsure which size to order.
Goods are accepted for return ONLY if:
- There is a print fault with the item.
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item.
- The item was damaged in transit
Process for damaged/faulty items:
- Faults must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery arriving.
- Send an image of the issue along with the order number to info@northernpowerhouseboxing.org.uk
- Return your item by hand to the club.
- We will issue a reprint and dispatch the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
