Now that we have the most recent guidelines from England Boxing, you'll be glad to hear that all classes are now on Gymcatch up until the end of August!
In short, all restrictions have been lifted but the guidelines suggest we still proceed with caution so we have decided as a club to increase the number of people per class to 10. Hopefully this will mean more people can get booked on whilst also feeling we have space to work out safely.
Some other points to note:
🥊 Bootcamp is back from Thursday 22nd at 6pm!
🥊 Sparring restarts from August 1st and will only be on a Monday night to start with.
🥊 Outdoor classes on a Tuesday will continue until the end of July at which point Tuesday 7pm will be another boxing session in the gym.
🥊 This week, there is only one HIIT session at 9am on Saturday, being taken by Bea Goddard. We've increased numbers for this session to accommodate the usual crowd.
🥊 Next Saturday (24th), there will be one HIIT session on Saturday at 10am and Boxing training at 11am - BOTH ON ZOOM, live and direct from Spain with the one and only Kate Dakers
🥊 From Saturday 31st July and going forward, HIIT will be at 9.30am and Boxing training at 10.30am.
🥊 Three classes are still available on zoom. Monday's Over 50's Boxercise, Friday morning Boxercise and Saturday morning HIIT.
We'll update the "official timetable" to reflect any changes from August 2nd onwards. For the remainder of July, please use Gymcatch to check class times etc. Most will stay the same accept those that have been outlined above. 👍
