Anyone aged 16+ (or 12+ with an adult) can attend adult classes.

All adult classes are 50 minutes long and are available to book on Gymcatch.
BOXING SESSIONS
Open Boxing Training Session (All abilities)
This 60-minute session gives you the flexibility to train at your own pace while following a structured 40-minute plan (including warm-up and cool-down). Coaches will be on hand throughout to offer tips, guidance and support with technique. You’re welcome to come and go at any time during the 6–7pm slot.
£5 per session
Stay on for the next hour for only £5 extra: a short coached circuit followed by an extended stretch and cool down.
Trans / Non Binary Boxing
This Trans accessible boxing session is fully funded so is free to attend. It covers the basics of boxing and uses boxing training to increase fitness, skill levels and overall wellbeing by training with a group of like minded individuals in a friendly, safe and welcoming environment.
Boxing training
This class welcomes all abilities to help them gain confidence in their boxing skills as well as training for more experienced boxers.Open to anyone aged 12 years and over.

All classes are £7 per session except Monday which is £5 per session.

FITNESS SESSIONS
Bootcamp
This class is a high energy fitness session combining cardio, strength and speed training exercises, structured as a circuit or interval training session. The class is modified for all fitness levels and motivates participants to improve their strength and endurance.
Boxercise
This class is perfect for beginners, keep fitters and boxers aiming to increase fitness & stamina. A high energy circuit style class using bags, pads and gloves with body weight and weighted exercises for a full body workout.
Boxercise for the Over 50’s
This class is designed specially for the Over 50’s, targeting areas of the body that we need to keep moving as we grow older.
Circuit & Stretch
A 50-minute class combining a 30-minute high-energy circuit with a 20-minute stretch and cool down. Designed to complement the earlier open boxing session, but also perfect as a standalone option for anyone wanting a short, sharp fitness workout followed by a full-body stretch.
KO Hiit Circuit
A high intensity interval training session using a variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises including punching. It has the same format every week but the exercises will change. 5 stations - 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off plus a punch out to finish.
Strength
This class is designed to do more than just make you stronger - it will help you master proper technique and form. In each session we concentrate on one or two key muscle groups, giving them the focused attention needed for real growth. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned gym goer, this class is a great way to build a solid foundation and challenge yourself. No cardio!
Strength & Conditioning
This Strength & Conditioning class combines bodyweight and weighted exercises to build both strength and endurance. Every week - it is a fun and dynamic workout perfect for all fitness levels.
Strength & Stretch
A perfect way to reset and prepare for the week ahead. The session is designed to improve your functional mobility, flexibility & strength all in one workout. It's a great choice for all fitness levels.
Wednesday Workshops
On Wednesdays we run short programmes of workshops such as Intro to Boxing, Intro to Fitness, Speedpads, Trunk & Core. These courses will be advertised when available and are bookable through our online shop rather than through Gymcatch.
All classes are £7 per session except Monday Open Boxing/Circuits which are £5 per session

💥 Most adult classes are open to anyone 16+. Children aged 12+ can attend with a participating adult.
💥 Please arrive up to 10 minutes before class.
💥 Please bring cleaned indoor trainers and a water bottle to each class.
💥 Bundles can be purchased by paid members only.
