Join us for an afternoon with local menopause experts, including Dr. Teo Draghici from Hebden Bridge Group Practice and Specialist Women's Health Physio Katy Winters who will offer in depth information about menopause and be available to help with whatever you might be struggling with. 

Workshop Details:

  • Expert Guidance: In Depth presentations from Dr. Teo Draghici and Physio Katy Winters.
  • Q&A panel: With Dr Teo, Katy Winters, Emma Quittenton PT and Carla Daly. Ask questions and get answers about everything from HRT, exercise to mental health.
  • Light Lunch:Connect with others over a light lunch.
  • Movement for Menopause: Conclude with 40 minutes of gentle, yoga-based movement led by Carla Daly Yoga designed to ease menopausal symptoms.

  • Cost: £10 standard, £5 for NPBA Members. Funded places available for those on UC/Lower income. Lunch included.
