4 week Speed Pads & Combinations Workshop
7.30pm - 8.15pm

Session dates - Thursday May 1 / 8 / 15 /22

Improve your pad and gloves work with reactive drills to improve punching hand speed and defensive reactions. Over the 4 weeks we will build technique giving you confidence in calling and executing fast and accurate fun combinations.
