Join us for outdoor training starting on Tuesday 24th May for 5 weeks only.
Whether you are training for Total Warrior or just want to mix up your routine a little, everyone is welcome to join Coach Chris for this 45 minute session!
Expect some running plus strength training. All abilities welcome.
