MOVE NATURALLY - 4 Week Course
Gentle-paced classes to help you stay active, flexible and confident in daily movement.
Led by physiotherapist Katy Winters, with exercises tailored for all abilities.
Tuesdays 4, 11, 18 & 25 November at 10.30am for 60 minutes

MOVE MORE - Beginner Fitness
A friendly starter class to improve strength, balance and confidence at your own pace.
Led by physiotherapist Rachael Smith.
Starts Monday 27 October at 2pm for 50 minutes

BOXERCISE FOR OVER 50s
A high-energy, fast-paced workout designed especially for the over-50s, targeting areas of the body that we need to keep moving as we grow older.

Every Monday at 10am for 50 minutes

STRENGTH
This class will help make you stronger and master proper technique and form. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned gym goer, this class is a great way to build a solid foundation and challenge yourself. No cardio!

PD BOXING – Boxing for Parkinson’s
Non-contact boxing to improve coordination, balance, strength and confidence.
Includes pad work, footwork, stretching and resistance exercises – all adapted to suit you.
