4 -Week STEP Aerobics: Perfect for beginners and intermediate steppers
Starting Wednesday 12th November for 4 weeks at 7.30pm
Coach Rebecca's high-energy, 4-week progressive class gets you moving! The first two weeks focus on mastering the basic STEP moves in fun, engaging routines.
From there, we crank up the intensity bit by bit, ensuring you get a great challenge without leaving beginners behind.
Build your skill, boost your cardio, and have a blast!

Wednesdays: 12th, 19th, 26th November and 3rd December 7.30–8.20pm

Open to adults and young people aged 16+

3. Turn up every Wednesday – no need to book through Gymcatch. Just bring clean trainers and a water bottle.
