Is your New Year's goal to boost your fitness, but you're unsure where to begin? Do you want to join fitness classes but feel intimidated by the terminology or specific movements?
This 4-week course is designed specifically for you! We will unlock essential fitness fundamentals to give you the confidence to join any of our regular fitness sessions.
What You'll Learn:
Weekly Focus: Each week concentrates on a core area: Abs & Core, Lower Body, Upper Body, and Cardio.
Movement Breakdown: Typical exercises will be clearly demonstrated and instructed, with appropriate modifications available for every level.
Equipment Confidence: Get hands-on instruction on all gym equipment, including dumbbells, TRX, medicine balls, and battle ropes.

Open to adults and young people aged 12+
Children under 14 must attend with a participating adult
