Our 4 week Move Naturally course is a gentle-paced programme designed to help you stay active, flexible and confident in everyday movements. Learn simple, natural ways to build strength, improve balance and ease stiffness or joint pain.
Each class is led by a physiotherapist Katy Winters who will adapt exercises to suit everyone.
What to Expect
Week 1: Exploring the floor. Feeling comfortable moving/sitting/getting up - even with an injury or ache.
Week 2: Build confidence with various “get up and go” techniques, moving smoothly from the floor to standing.
Week 3: Focus on walking, balancing, lifting, and carrying - helping you move better on your feet.
Week 4: Wake up your upper body muscles - exploring grip and upper limb strength.
Book your place online and then please turn up on Tuesday 4th November with a water bottle and some trainers to change into.
