Youth Boxing Camp - 10th August

Monday 10th August, 1-5pm 

For young people aged 11+ who'd like to work on their boxing skills. We'll cover technique, speed, agility, drills, bag work and pad work, as well as general fitness and conditioning, with Coach Ryan. Secondary school aged children only. Bring drinks and snacks to have the breaks.

FUNDING: Lower income families and those in receipt of Free School Meals can attend for half price. Use the discount code FSM50 at checkout.

Things to know:

1. Bring drinks and snacks and a clean pair of trainers to change into. Grit damages our gym surface, so outdoor shoes aren't allowed on the floor.
2. Come dressed in sports clothing.
3. We're on Holme Street in Hebden Bridge, between the Post Office and the Trades Club front door.
4. Our coaches are DBS checked and first aid trained. NPBA is affiliated to England Boxing, the national governing body for boxing.
